LOL 30 billion people watching World Cup
June 1, 2006
Stumble it!
ROFLMAO. Look at this and this. They seem fine right? Do a Google/Wikipedia search.
Uncle Utusan says:
But then hor, Uncle Google says:
Population: U.S. 298,869,545, World 6,519,370,522
Uncle Utusan further claims,
Di China umpamanya, badan penyiaran negeri, CCTV menganggarkan kira-kira 10 bilion penduduk negaranya akan menonton Piala Dunia.
but then again hor, Uncle Wiki says,
People’s Republic of China, Population(2005) : 1,315,844,000 (1st)
w00t, we have over 24 billion unidentified people LOL! Can someone explain to me how is it possible to have 30 billion people watching World Cup on television when the population is at most 6.5 billion population? *scratches head*
*Update:
Just saw this in FIFA’s website,
The cumulative audience over the 25 match days of the 2002 event reached a total of 28.8 billion viewers. The corresponding audience for France 98, with unaudited viewing figures for China, reported 33.4 billion. However, if China was excluded from the statistics for both events, the totals show an increase of 431.7 million viewers (+ 2%) for the 2002 FIFA World Cup™.
I highly doubt FIFA would make this mistake, but how does that 30+ billion figure add up? Can someone enlighten me?
Stumble it!
