Jalan Nagore

Jalan Nagore (Nagore Street) is the home to many restaurants, Chinese, Malay, French, Nyonya, steamboat.. In the day, you can find good hawker food just across the street at Swatow Lane. At night, the street is beautifully lit, creating a celebration-like atmosphere.

babe_kl & ipohwav3 – Yeah it’s very beautiful, it was near Christmas so they put up extra decor and lights :D

jason – Hey, that would be great. I left you a message at your blog. Can start keeping some money now if you know what I mean ;)

Love your blog. Man, I miss Penang food so much and the prices ridiculously cheap compared to London. One bowl of Curry Mee cost £5.50 and taste OK not as good as home.

I was born in Nagore road, I think is no. 42, there used to be a mid wife there over 51 years ago!!!

Penang is changing so fast and slowly loosing its old charm. That’s progress.

    Regards

    Yat
