It has been a long time since I have visited Leong Ya Indah for their Ji Bao Kai. What I like is that I always get the choice pieces or Was I lucky always? I agreed on the YTF should have a menu. I’m always in such a blur when they say it so fast like in an auction.

Both the ji bau kai and the yong tau foo looks so tasty. It’s hard to get KL style yong tau foo in Penang.

I still love Ji Bao Gai from Pasar Malam, though I know they’re nothing compared to these. Seri Kembangan? hmmm, never been to this area.

somehow, the YTF in KL do not seem so appealing lah, even Ampang’s. maybe I prefer mine BIG and FRIED.

love ji bao gai… or CHEE PAU KAI.. hahaha (so cute the way you write it - which is probably the correct phonetic way). thanks for the tip on the cold JBG.. also, if I get the WING… aiyyah… just use my FINGERS la… so un-ladylike huh?.. haha

If I just see the 1st photo without seeing the name of Ji Bao Gai, I will have no idea what is the dish. Haha. I never try Ji Bao Gai before. What about Hak Yi Gai? You tried?

vk: No lor, but I saw cumi&ciki tried the beggar chicken in Kuala Selangor recently.. it’s about 2 hours drive away from where I stay.. I want to try it though.. seems really nice and something special
