Another good reason to support Nuffnang and ditch other South East Asia Ad Networks

January 7, 2008

This is such good news.

Dear Nuffnangers,

Today Nuffnang has successfully established itself as the blog advertising market leader in both Malaysia and Singapore. As such we have also faced increasing pressure from many of our loyal exclusive Nuffnangers to enact an exclusive program, rewarding them for their loyalty.

We have always kept it as no secret that we often give priority to our exclusive Nuffnangers in everything from community events to even the serving of ads.

However with the establishment of the Nuffnang Gliteratti, we have now crystallized these benefits as part of our community policy.

Gliteratti will come into effect starting 13th January 2008.

Best Regards,
Samantha Wong
Nuffnang Sdn Bhd

What I like about this program is that there’s no application required to be included in the program. Just drop all your other South East Asia ad networks and you will be an exclusive Nuffnang blogger automatically. What is an exclusive Nuffnang blogger? Quoted directly from their website:

An exclusive Nuffnang blogger is a blogger that has NO advertisements from any other ad network that originates from South East Asia on his/her blog.

Forget about Advertlets, Grabmyads or Nufflets, Nuffnang is all you need and the only ad network I will support for now. In case you didn’t notice, I have dropped all my Advertlets ads 2 weeks ago in favor for Nuffnang. It was definitely a good move, with all the bad impression on Advertlets now due to their expired domain name. This shows the level of professionalism Josh Lim has and the commitment towards Malaysian bloggers. There’s no such thing as forgetting to renew your domain la please.

And the best thing of all, you are not forced to drop your other SEA network ads. You could still remain them but the earnings are not as much compared to an exclusive Nuffnang blogger (20-40% less). For me, since I am running a food blog and not a money making site, it’s good enough for me. Nuffnang you rock, keep up the good work! The link to the program as follow:

great tactic by nuffnang but don’t you think it will be risky to just depend on nuffnang?

Em… I never put ads on my blog. Does that mean I’m automatically a Nuffnang blogger?

Personally, I feel that this Nuffnang Glitterati loyalty program is more like crippling the non exclusive Nuffnangers.

Most of the rewards are already readily available to existing Nuffnangers, with the introduction of this Glitterati program, the normal Nuffnangers’ benefits are kinda stripped down.

Nuffnang better be adding more goodies to their reward list as they progress as a leading SEA advertising network.

Frankly speaking,i wont rely on nuffnang to make money from blog advertising network only,it is a bit risky and just like put all the eggs into one basket,if the basket got hole, the eggs will break.correct?
