TasteMIGF 2013 @ Sunway Convention Centre


Today is your last day to catch the annual TasteMIGF event at Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre. It will be held from 11am-11pm so you still have plenty of time to make your way there.


Besides delicious tasting portions that await you, see Chef Wan‘s cooking demonstration and try the dishes he whips up right in front of you. And of course, the ever charismatic Chef Wan always manages to put up an entertaining show of his vast experience and talent in the kitchen. The Nasi Ulam and Green Curry Beef he cooked on Saturday were awesome and lipsmacking good.


After you are done tasting all the fine cuisines from all over the world, head on to the Epicure Lifestyle Workshops for free cooking classes and get valuable tips from professional chefs.


David Morris, a lecturer chef from Le Cordon Bleu conducted a fun and interesting class on preparing Pan Fried Red Mullet with Potato Salad. During the class he demonstrated on how to fillet and debone a fish and answered questions from the audience too.



And here are his beautiful creations, the attendees swarmed the stage for a taste of his masterpiece at the end of the class.

After that you could head on to the Epicure International Gourmet Village where you could sample and shop a wide range of produce including high marble wagyu beef, yogurt, sausages, gelato, coffee etc and even durian!
