The festive season is just around the corner, and Morganfield’s is ready to spread the holiday spirit in the form of two sumptuous Christmas-themed dishes. Infused with classic holiday flavors and combined with imported, seasonal ingredients, these dishes are perfect to be shared among friends or family.
Fit for a hearty Christmas celebration, the Jolly Christmas Platter comes with a 1/2 slab spare ribs (choice of Hickory BBQ, Garlicky BBQ, Smoked Peppercorn or Spicy Lemongrass), Jack Daniel’s Glazed Baby Back, Roasted Whole Turkey Drumstick marinated with herb yoghurt basted with BBQ sauce, grilled Footlong Farmer’s Bratwurst sausage, grilled Herby Hog sausage, grilled Spicy Devil sausage, Christmas stuffing, seasonal veggies, garden salad, grilled corn on the cob, flat chips, cranberry jam and gizzard gravy.
Priced at RM249.90 nett, this platter serves a group of three to four patrons, maybe even more, as Morganfield’s serves larger, ‘American-sized’ platters. For a smaller group, a ‘mini’ version of the platter is also available, allowing patrons with smaller parties to enjoy the great value and variety offered in a single platter.
Keeping to the Christmas tradition, Morganfield’s will also be serving a roasted whole turkey (raw weight: 5.2kg) for RM349.90 nett, which can be shared by a group of six to eight patrons.
This traditionally marinated and slow roasted turkey comes with pork and nut stuffing and served with seasonal veggies, sautéed paprika potatoes, cranberry jam and giblet sauce. A smaller group can opt for the roasted whole turkey drumsticks (raw weight: 1.8kg) comprising two succulent drumsticks with pork and nut stuffing at RM79.90 nett.
Diners will be able to choose either The Grinch, an icy cold lime mocktail with vanilla ice cream topped with whipped cream and a maraschino cherry or the Jack Frost Martini, a delicious cocktail combination of light rum, coconut liqueur, blue curaçao and pineapple juice. Morganfield’s will also have an exclusive selection of wine during the Christmas promotion period, featuring a rosè as well as a traditional red and white wine.
In addition to these dishes, customers can also opt from the roasted rack of lamb (raw weight: 800g) for RM94.90 nett, sticky bones (raw weight: 1.2kg) for RM92.90 nett and baby back ribs (raw weight: 800g) for RM69.60 nett. Customers need to pre-order three days in advance to enjoy these dishes.
