Took some dim sum, with the most unique looking one being the dumpling in soup.
Siu Mai was nice.
The nicest prawns I tasted the entire buffet were the Vietnamese style stir fried prawns.
Kam Heong snails and crabs cooked with marmite sauce. Eating the snails was pretty messy, as it involved using your hands and a toothpick. Marmite crabs on the other hand, were bland and I couldn’t taste any sweetness in the flesh. Another disappointment.
A piece of salmon from the Western food section which required special order. I didn’t taste it but my friend said it was good.
Aromatic ginseng soup, not bad for me.
Drank a cup of coffee, hoping it would help fasten the digestion process but it didn’t work, lol.
For desserts I had chocolate cheesecake, strawberry cheesecake and a honeydew flavored jelly. What can I say about the desserts.. they looked a lot better than their taste, lol.
All you can scoop and eat Haagen-Dazs ice cream. Absolutely no complaints on this department! Except, well for the long queue, lol.
