There are also a few fruit and flower flavored tea available. The flower flavored ones were generally lighter in taste, while the fruit infused ones were sourish. I quite liked the blueberry tea. This marks the end of the food we had, and now for a virtual tour of the restaurant.
Sashimi section, notice the missing oysters?
It’s ok, because they were still replenishing the oysters even when it was close to 3.30pm.
Salmon sashimi.
Scallop sashimi.
Paper steamboat section, where you can pick prawns, crab sticks, various mushrooms and vegetable.
The ever empty tempura section, which I am still quite frustrated about. I mean, how long would it take to deep fry some battered prawns? I stood there and waited for quite a long time and yet I didn’t see any coming out from the kitchen. Those who have managed to try the tempura must be real lucky. This gotta improve, seriously.
Next to the tempura is teppanyaki section, where I only tried the pan fried prawns.
Sushi section, with at least 10 different sushi to choose from.
